Fish Curry Recipe
Ingredients
250g fish fillet (cut into cubes)
1 Medium size tomato (chopped into cubes)
1 small sized onion (diced)
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
2 teaspoons of garlic paste
½ teaspoon of red chilli powder
1 teaspoon of coriander powder
1 teaspoon of cumin powder
½ teaspoon of turmeric powder
Kefir lime leaves (for aroma)
1 teaspoon of salt for taste
Method
- Heat oil in fry pan.
- Put chopped onion into hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Add garlic paste and kefir lime leaves – add ¼ cup of water and keep frying for 30 seconds.
- Add all the spices (chilli, coriander, cumin and turmeric) fry on medium heat for 1 minute.
- Add fish and tomato – keep cooking for 4 to 5 minutes.
